This will often come down to how quickly a renter gets back to us, but we promise to make first contact within two hours of receiving a work order.

Our bookings team will email you once the booking has been confirmed with the renter. Once the job is in the hands of the technician, they will be in contact each step of the way, contacting you on the day of the booking to provide an update, and at least once a week if parts need to be ordered.

We will do everything we can to prioritise your bookings, including contacting your renter within two hours of receiving a work order. However, it’s not always possible to provide a time slot on the same day. We do have a specialist bookings team member who handles all our real estate bookings and will work to get you the fastest possible result.

We offer repairs to all brands of domestic dishwashers, electric ovens, electric cooktops, washing machines, and dryers.

This usually comes down to cost, and it’s difficult to determine the total cost of a repair without assessing the unit on-site. We find it works best to agree on a ceiling for the repair cost – $300 often covers a one-visit repair and works well for most dishwashers and ovens. If we find the repair will exceed that, we’ll email you with a quote. If the repair is deemed too costly, we can also provide a quote to replace the appliance.

All our workmanship comes with a three-month warranty, and most parts manufacturers offer a 12-month warranty on parts.

If the appliance is under manufacturer’s warranty, it’s best to contact the manufacturer directly. Although we can repair all brands, the manufacturer should handle all warranty repairs.
