Common washing machine problems we fix

  • What washing machine faults do you fix?

We repair leaking machines, machines that won’t spin or drain, noisy drums, door seal issues, error codes, electrical faults, and more.

  • Washing machine not spinning or draining

Causes: A blocked drain pump, worn-out motor, or a broken drive belt can prevent proper spinning or draining.

Our technicians will examine your washing machine to identify the cause, whether it’s a blockage or a faulty part. We will remove debris and replace damaged components to get your washer spinning and draining correctly.

  • Is it worth repairing an older washing machine?

Often yes. A repair is almost always cheaper than a replacement, and our technicians will tell you upfront if that’s not the case.

  • How much does washing machine repair cost?

Costs vary depending on the fault and parts required. Call us on 1300 137 121 and we’ll walk you through how our pricing works before you commit.

  • Do you offer same-day washing machine repairs?

In many cases yes – call us to check availability in your area. We’ll always aim to get to you as quickly as possible.
